When using features that connect to the user’s own device or server environment, such as ZenTerm, the user is responsible for managing the destination environment, credentials, and results of use.

We make no express or implied warranty that the Service is free from defects in fact or in law. Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes / Termination

We may change the content of, or terminate, the Service without prior notice to users.

Governing Law / Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location.
